Abstract

The research aims to determine the extent to which visual management, with its extended dimensions (setting work requirements, eliminating and purifying, and reducing waste), can limit its administrative impact in the research organization. The research problem crystallized in raising the following questions: What is related to the agreement and influence between management practices and management even after the management director? to achieve what the current research sought, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The study community was identified in the Technical Institute-Mosul, which is one of the formations affiliated with the Northern Technical University to apply the analytical aspect of the study, a random sample of (50) individuals was chosen from among the workers in the Mosul Technical Institute. The research used a set of statistical tools and methods represented by (Spearman’s correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient, multiple linear regression coefficient) to analyze the practical aspect using SPSS V23 software. This research tested for the first time the impact of visual management in reducing manifestations of administrative corruption in the education sector at the level of Iraq. The research reached a set one of the most important conclusions is that there is a significant inverse effect of visual management practices in reducing manifestations of administrative corruption this means that the more the organization’s management applies visual management in its various dealings, the more this contributes to reducing manifestations of administrative corruption.

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مدى اسهام الادارة المرئية بأبعادها المتمثلة ب )وضع قواعد العمل، التخلص والتطهير، الحد من الهدر( في الحد من مظاهر الفساد الاداري في المنظمة المبحوثة. وتبلورت مشكلة البحث في اثارة التساؤل الاتي: ما طبيعة العلاقة والتأثير بين ممارسات الإدارة ا لمرئية والحد من الفساد الإداري؟ ولتحقيق ما سعى إليه البحث الحالي فقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم تحديد مجتمع الدراسة في المعهد التقني/الموصل وهو أحد التشكيلات التابعة للجامعة التقنية الشمالية ولتطبيق الجانب التحليلي من الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغ حجمها ) 50 ( فردا من العاملين في المعهد التقني الموصل.. واستعمل البحث مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب ا لإِِحصائية المتمثلة ب )معامل الارتباط سبيرمان، معامل الانحدار الخطي البسيط، معامل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد( لتحليل الجانب العملي وذلك بإستعمال برمجية SPSS V23 . وقد اختبر هذه البحث لأول مرة تأثير الإدارة المرئية في الحد من مظاهر الفساد الاداري في قطاع التعليم على مستوى العراق. وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها ان هناك تأثير عكسي ذو دلالة معنوية لممارسات الإدارة ا لمرئية في الحد من مظاهر الفساد الإداري وهذا يعني انه كلما طبقت إدارة المنظمة الإدارة المرئية في تعاملاتها المختلفة كلما اسهم ذلك في الحد من مظاهر الفساد الإداري.
