Abstract

The current research aims to attempt to demonstrate the extent of the contribution of the responsive supply chain, which represented the independent variable, in reducing some supply chain risks represented by (supply risks, demand risks, process risks, and environmental risks), which represented the dependent variable in Al- Mosul Company For Iron and Steel, at a time when companies’ interest in reducing their supply chain risks has increased, which enables them to stand up to local and international competitors. Through the researcher’s survey, it became clear that the company is facing a problem, as it cannot confront several supply chain risks. On this basis, a hypothetical plan was built to determine the nature of the relationships and influence between its variables. The researcher relied on a questionnaire form he prepared based on opinions and studies to measure these variables. It was distributed to a sample of (40) researched individuals, and the data was analyzed using a number of statistical methods based on the ready-made software (SPSS Ver 23). In general, the research attempts to answer the following question (What is the nature of the correlation relationships and the impact between the responsive supply chain and supply chain risks in the research sample company?) The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a significant correlation and impact relationships between the responsive supply chain in general and individually and supply chain risks in the research sample company. Based on these conclusions, the research presented a number of proposals, the most significant of which was to study the possibility of expanding the research sample company by opening new production lines to meet the diverse requirements of customers.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى محاولة بيان مدى مساهمة سلسلة التوريد المستجيبة والتي مثلت المتغير المستقل في تقليل بعض مخاطر سلسلة التوريد المتمثلة بــ (مخاطر التوريد، ومخاطر الطلب، ومخاطر العملية، والمخاطر البيئية) والتي مثلت المتغير المعتمد في شركة الموصل للحديد والصلب، في وقت ازداد اهتمام الشركات في تقليل مخاطر سلسلة توريدها مما يُتيح لها إمكانية الوقوف أمام الشركات المنافسة المحلية والعالمية، وعن طريق استطلاع الباحث تبيّن أن هناك مشكلة في الشركة تتمثل بعدم قابليتها على مواجهة عدد من مخاطر سلسلة توريدها، وعلى هذا الأساس تم بناء مخطط فرضي للوقوف على طبيعة العلاقات والتأثير بين متغيراته، وقد اعتمد الباحث لقياس هذه المتغيرات على استمارة الاستبانة أعدها استناداً الى آراء ودراسات، اذ تم توزيعها على عينة مؤلفة من (40) فرداً مبحوثاً، وحُللت البيانات باستعمال عدد من الأساليب الاحصائية بالاعتماد على البرمجية الجاهزة (SPSSVer23) . وبشكل عام يحاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤل الآتي (ما طبيعة علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين سلسلة التوريد المستجيبة ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد في الشركة عينة البحث؟) وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمها: وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير معنويين بين سلسلة التوريد المستجيبة إجمالاً وانفراداً ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد في الشركة عينة البحث. وبناءً على تلك الاستنتاجات قدم البحث عدداً من المقترحات أهمها: دراسة امكانية توسيع الشركة عينة البحث عبر فتح خطوط انتاجية جديدة لمواجهة متطلبات الزبائن المتنوعة.
