Strategic Ambidexterity and its Role in Achieving Organizational Brilliance: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Private Schools in Nineveh

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to study the relationship between Strategic Ambidexterity and organizational Brilliance in private schools in Nineveh Governorate.

Design/Methodology: Based on a stratified random sample, 118 questionnaires were distributed to principals, assistant principals, and staff members across several private schools in Nineveh Governorate; 115 questionnaires were found valid for use. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using AMOS 24 and SPSS 27 software.

Theoretical Results: The results reveal a knowledge gap regarding the nature of the relationship between Strategic Ambidexterity and organizational Brilliance. Therefore, we conclude that the Strategic Ambidexterity of private school administrations will lead to the exploration and exploitation of opportunities, as well as Strategic Ambidexterity within the schools studied. Consequently, this will result in Brilliance in their administration, service delivery, and innovation, leading to greater knowledge and success. It will also help them meet the needs and desires of their clients and find a balance between their strengths in exploiting current opportunities and exploring future ones. This will successfully transition the schools, during the period of adopting this strategy, to Brilliance and sustainability.

Practical Results: The results show two different types of causal relationships between the research variables. Furthermore, there are direct causal relationships between the research variables (Strategic Ambidexterity and organizational Brilliance).

Significance of the Research: There is a limited number of studies addressing the relationship between Strategic Ambidexterity and organizational Brilliance. Moreover, there is a real-world problem that affects and limits the achievement of Brilliance in the performance of the schools studied.

الغرض: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين البراعة الاستراتيجية، والتألق التنظيمي، في المدارس الاهلية بمحافظة نينوى. التصميم/المنهجية: بناءًً على العينة العشوائية الطبقية، تم توزيع 118 استبيان على مديري ومعاوني والملاك في عدد من المدارس الاهلية بمحافظة نينوى، منها 115 استبيانًًا صالحًًا للاستخدام، بعد ذلك، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامجي AMOS 24 و 27SPSS . النتائج النظرية: تُُظهر النتيجة وجود فجوة معرفية فيما يتعلق بتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين البراعة الاستراتيجية ، والتألق التنظيمي، ومن هنا نستنتج ان اتسام ادارات المدارس الاهلية بالبراعة الاستراتيجية سيؤدي الى استكشاف واستغلال الفرص وكذلك براعتهم الهيكلية في داخل المدارس المبحوثة، وبالنتيجة تعمل على التألق في اداراتهم والتألق في تقديم الخدمات والابتكار ومن ثم تألقهم معرفيا، وسيساعد ايضاًً على تلبية رغبات واحتياجات عملائها، وإيجاد توازن بين نقاط قوتها في استغلال الفرص الحالية واستكشاف الفرص المستقبلية، مما تنقل المدارس بنجاح خلال فترة تبني هذه الاستراتيجية الى التألق والاستدامة. النتائج العملية: تُُظهر النتيجة نوعين مختلفين من العلاقة التأثيرية بين متغيرات الدراسة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توجد علاقات تأثيرية مباشرة بين متغيراتها (البراعة الاستراتيجية، والتألق التنظيمي). أهمية الدراسة: محدودية الدراسات التي تناولت العلاقة بين البراعة الاستراتيجية والتألق التنظيمي. علاوة على ذلك، هناك مشكلة واقعية تؤثر وتحد من تحقيق التألق في أداء المدارس المبحوثة.
