Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of cyber resilience on achieving digital development in the North Oil Company within the framework of a conceptual model that relies on cyber resilience as an independent variable with its four dimensions (prevention, protection, response, recovery) and a dependent variable represented by digital development with its dimensions (digital infrastructure, digital skills, digital inclusion, technological innovation) The research adopted a survey methodology, and data was collected using a questionnaire developed based on previous studies that employed tested measures in the field of information systems and information security. The research sample consisted of 312 individuals at the senior management levels within the company (General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and managers of administrative, technical, production, and financial units). The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling with the statistical software software(AMOS24). Based on the statistical results, the research concluded that cyber resilience has a significant impact on achieving digital sustainability.

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير المرونة السيبرانية في تحقيق التنمية الرقمية في شركة نفط الشمال في اطار انموذج مفاهيمي يعتمد على المرونة السيبرانية كمتغير مستقل بأبعادها الاربعة(الوقاية، الحماية، الاستجابة، التعافي) ومتغير معتمد متمثل بالتنمية الرقمية بأبعاده(البنية التحتية الرقمية، المهارات الرقمية، الشمول الرقمي،الابتكار التكنولوجي)، اعتمد البحث المنهج المسحي وتم جمع البيانات باستمارة استبانة تم اعدادها استنادا الى دراسات سابقة اعتمدت مقاييس مختبرة في مجال نظم المعلومات وامن المعلومات، وتمثلت عينة البحث ب(312) فردا في المستويات الادارية العليا في الشركة (المدير العام، نائب المدير العام، مدراء الوحدات والادارية والفنية والانتاجية والمالية)، واختبرت فرضيات البحث بأسلوب نمذجة المعادلة البنائية باعتماد البرامجية الاحصائية ) AMOS24 ( وتوصل البحث استنادا الى النتائج الاحصائية الى وجود تأثيراًً معنوياًً للمرونة السيبرانية في تحقيق الاستدامة الرقمية.
