Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role that harmony between public and private universities can play in creating a knowledge-supportive culture. It also examines the impact of competitive anxiety between these universities on the relationship between harmony and a knowledge-supportive culture. The significance of this research lies in its attempt to bridge the knowledge gap between its variables and establish appropriate and correct foundations to address a realistic problem that directly affects the work environment in one of the most important private colleges. The researchers randomly distributed 120 questionnaires to teaching and administrative staff at Al-Mustaqbal University, whose total number is 382. Out of these, 107 questionnaires were valid for analysis. The theoretical review of the previous studies indicated the existence of a knowledge gap in explaining the nature of the relationship between the research variables in general, particularly in public and private universities. The empirical results showed a significant negative impact of competitive anxiety on the relationship between harmony and a knowledge-supportive culture, as well as a significant positive impact of harmony between public and private universities in creating a knowledge-supportive culture.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على الدور الذي من الممكن ان يلعبه التناغم بين الجامعات والكليات الاهلية في خلق ثقافة داعمة للمعرفة فضلا عن أثر القلق التنافسي بين هذه الجامعات على العلاقة بين التناغم والثقافة الداعمة للمعرفة وتتمثل أهمية البحث الحالي في محاولته لردم الفجوة المعرفية بين متغيراته فضلا عن وضع الأسس الصحيحة والملاءمة لمعالجة مشكلة واقعية تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على بيئة العمل في احد اهم الكليات الاهلية اذ قام الباحثين وبشكل عشوائي بتوزيع (120) استبانة على الكادر التدريسي والوظيفي في جامعة المستقبل والبالغ عددهم (382) كان الصالح منها للتحليل (107) استبانة وقد أظهرت المراجعة النظرية للدراسات السابقة وجود فجوة معرفية لتفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث الحالي في الجامعات بشكل عام والجامعات والكليات الاهلية بشكل خاص, كما أظهرت النتائج التطبيقية وجود تأثير معنوي سلبي للقلق التنافسي على العلاقة بين التناغم والثقافة الداعمة للمعرفة فضلا عن تأثير معنوي إيجابي للتناغم بين الجامعات والكليات الاهلية في خلق ثقافة داعمة للمعرفة
